RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OBRA does not process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return* for a full refund. From here, we encourage you to place a new order for the new item you wish purchase.

OBRA will process returns inititated within the allowed timeframe*, so long as the returned items meet the following conditions:

- Items that are in new condition
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- Free of damages
- Free of stains

FULL PRICE ITEMS RETURNS 
Items matching the conditions listed in our Return Policy above, may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date with a a Return Authorization. Please email utility@oobbrraa.com with your order number to request an RA number WITHIN 14 DAYS of delivery date.

SALES & CLEARANCE ITEMS RETURNS
Sales and Clearance price items matching the conditions listed in our Return Policy above, may be returned within 7 days of delivery date with a Return Authorization. Please email utility@oobbrraa.com with your order number to request an RA number WITHIN 7 DAYS of delivery date

OBRA will only make refunds to the original form of payment used by the customer to make the purchase. 

While we process returns within 10 business days from the day we receive the returned items, refunds may take up to an additional ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their respecitive processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, unfortunately we have no say regarding this.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
